What a blast we had today at success coaching, not only was it a chance to meet the team again, but with the new system we are bound to take the business to a new level. The new additions to fine tune our system have been thought over for many months and now we are going to implicate them into action.
Guideline of the System (Summary)
Step 1:
Phone calls / Face to Face / Internet prospecting
Step2:
Show the Plan Presentation (Pack 1: It's your life DVD + Why card)
Step 3:
Opportunity Event. This is done by a speaker to ensure your prospect gets the right information, products are shared and closing occurs. (Pack 2: Catelogue + Chemical report + Pack 1)
Step 4:
Enrolement, Fexco form & fix an appointment for getting started
Step 5:
Getting started training (1hr) on commitement form, information page, why card, what you need to know first, what you don't need to do this business and what you do need, and the 9 core qualities.
Step 6:
Review why card and do phone calls with prospect to build his/her team.
Although it seems to be isolated into steps, which may seem to be longer or more time consuming, in reality they are actually the same steps as before better orgainsed for efficiency and greater results.
Be open to change, the system is there to help you achieve success faster. Keep posted for a list of events that will further support the new changes and give you more detail into how to apply them.
