Opportunity Event in Gozo

Dear team,

I am pleased to say that our team is growing by the minute, and with the recruit of a new champion Antoine Cauchi, we have a new team growing in Gozo, and hence we (myself and adrian) will be holding the very first opportunity event in Gozo. Football Match

As we did last month ,we shall organise yet anotehr football match between Neways Distributors. The Game is to be held on Wednesday 28 th November at Bkara Fc Nursury, better known as (infetti). Event shall start at 9.15pm.

Today @ The Bridge Event

Dear team,

Wow, that is all that I can say to Kenneth Attard who held the very first Bridge event today at the Hilton. Well the Bridge Event was designed for everyone still lacking the technique and ability 'to brige' between them and the presentation, i.e how to start a presentation and describe your why with emotion and conviction, whilst creating an impression, an impact even on the person you are talking to.

We had a real blast doing it and I can say that my team are now more aware and sure about being able to do this. As a team we already had a good way to do it as we doit truely from the heart, however being aware of newer ideas makes it even more easy for people who yet are a bit unsusre, or uncomfortable. I urge all the team to attend the next Bridge event going to be held at the Metropole Hotel in Dingli Street Sliema. Book with Kenneth as soon as you can. The group size is restricted so just go, a must attend in my opinion.

New Book Series

Dear friends,

As some of you may know, my book series entitled " The Guide to Success Series" is now available. This three-step book system is a guide to follow accurately the system that we Team Malta use. The series will be translated into french for our French Team in a few weeks time. We have seen gigantic and amazing results using this system and now the books will help and assist you achieve accurate results always.

Its follow-up sequal "The How to Series" is designed for Team members that want a guide to excellent events. It has been purposely designed in great detail to promote understanding and to facilitate teaching.

Knowledge is Power

In a recent seminar I held, I pointed out to all my champions that in order to advance in life we need knowledge. As the great Jim Rohn says ' Your business can only grow as much as you do'. That phrase changed my perspective of information seeking and I have now adopted a new line of thinking.

Consider this for a moment, all the information in the world is available to us at any moment in time yet we can only grasp so much at a time. I like to compare knowledge to a big giant scratch card. Each time we learn something or uncover something new in our lives we reveal or scratch a little part of that big scratch card. The reality however is that we never manage to uncover all the information in that scratch card yet still people see the big underlying picture.

Knowledge brings about an amazing thing that is called Awareness. You see awareness allows us to open our mind to possibilities and see things in different angles and it allows us to have choices. Choices can only be created if you know the information. And with all choices come decisions. Decsions are essential in life and place us on particular paths that we so choose to take. Decisions are made in a split second, yet the choice which is based on information may take hours, days or years. Decisions however are what make Champions, and it is all Champions that make Decisions.

Jim Rohn has a great story that always drives me thinking, it is about how most people tend to place things of great value on the higher shelves. You might be familiar with the classic Tom and Jerry cartoon, where all the plates where placed on the top shelf. These were valuable and to keep out of reach of the cat, they where placed there. All these valuable things are placed up high so that in order to reach them you have to stand up on the books you read.

Secret Tip: Make sure that you have isolated at least 15 minutes in your day for self-development, this may be reading a book or listening to an audio guide. Just set goals and read a little at a time. Remember Success is Daily.

- Isolate 15 - 60 minutes for Self-development
- Keep in touch with your team always!

My Powerful Why

Many are the people that have asked me, “ Why are you doing the business? ”, but in order to know why, you need to understand me. So here is a little bit about the 22 year old Alfie Palmier.

Ever since I can remember, I have always loved organising events of various natures, for friends and family. The idea of seeing people together smiling and having fun, I suppose is the driving force behind this concept; from organising afternoon street parties in summer at the age of 8 to events this very day. However this was not my only passion, as since the tender age of 9, the first time I got my very own chemistry set, science has and still is very close at heart.

As I grew, many ideas came along and like any other person I know, I had to make choices that would ultimately lead me to where I am today. I am a keen musician and singer/song writer, but unfortunately don’t have enough time to carry out my greatest hobby. A few years ago I learned about the Pharmacy profession, an outstanding career that would allow me to do both things I loved most, helping people whilst still enjoying the beauty of science.

As awful as it may sound, today’s modern life, depends too much on money and earnings, and so fundamental and important values are being dismissed and materialism ever evolving. Thus it is to no surprise that most people are doing the profession because of the money, which I can personally say is not sufficient to allow me to pursue my goals, targets and dreams.

That was until a great friend, one day, introduced me to a new idea, where I could simultaneously help people, learn and teach and earn money. The same idea I shared with you earlier.

Today I am dealing with all the challenges of building my own business because my WHY is to have time and freedom by the age of 25.

I took the decision to start this business as I understood that if I kept on doing what I have always done, I will keep on getting what I had always gotten. Therefore I had to make a decision to change my reality.

In fact I am doing this business so I can do the things that I always dreamed about:

1. Car of My dreams

A few are the people that own the car that they really want as most settle for what is available. I am not one of those people. My new car that I will be getting in June 2008 will be a Brand New Mini Cooper S, metallic baby blue in colour, having two white lines running on the bonnet surface, equipped with all the extras, worth Lm16,500. It will be named ‘Alfie 1’ as more will follow, including a Mini Next Cabriolet. I know I am obsessed with the Minis!!.

2. Travel

Travelling is something I enjoy, enjoy a bit too much, but limitations are usually present, either as insufficient time available or financial inabilities, thus my holidays are usually restricted. Thanks to my new business I shall be able to travel twice a year to the destinations people only dream about, like a grand tour of the USA and Australia, visiting the Great Wall of China and Japan, exploring Malaysia and the Islands in the Pacific like my outmost favourite Fiji. These are just some of the many places I am going to.

3. My own Pharmacy

In 1 year’s time I am graduating from university as a Pharmacist, however opening a pharmacy requires a great deal of money. Thanks to my business I shall open my very own pharmacy, but the good thing about it is that I will not depend on the profits to make a living; I will help people because I can and I want to!

4. My own private estate

In 3 years time I will be living comfortably in my dream home, a spacious, fully equipped and modernised villa, having a pool and a tennis court. Including a recording studio to record and practice my music.

Above all, this will give me more time to spend with my family and friends. My family is very important to me, and I can consider myself honoured to have them in my life, and most of all great full for supporting my success.

Today I already give 10% of my earning to a local charity. And one of my ambitions is to establish the very first research centre for cancer here in Malta.

I am doing all this with the help of God, and for all these blessings I thank Him.

This is WHY I took the decision to start the Smart Income, and I am doing all this so “I will do today what other people don’t do, so I can do tomorrow what other people cannot do!."
This is me and this is my WHY….What is yours?
